You are entitled to cancel Your Service 6 hours prior to any counseling session without giving any reason for doing so.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order Service 36 hours prior to any lecturing or training session without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request in the light that you have not completed the booked session. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the Services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
